OXFORD, Mich. (CBS DETROIT) - The Michigan Court of Appeals dismissed a lawsuit by victims of the Oxford High School shooting in November 2021.

The Michigan Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the Oxford school district on Thursday in a lawsuit that seeks to hold employees partly responsible for a shooting that killed four students and wounded others in 2021.

A Michigan appeals court rules that the attorneys for the Oxford High School families haven't done enough to prove that the staff at Oxford can be held responsible for the tragedy on Nov. 30, 2021.
