A few members of the “GameDay” team took a visit to Oklahoma’s softball team on Friday before the big day on Saturday. The Sooners are coming off of a four-peat of national championships, and are one of the best softball programs ever, led by head coach Patty Gasso.

Nick Saban was one of a few College GameDay crew members who took batting practice at Oklahoma’s softball stadium on Friday afternoon. Saban was joined at Love’s Field by Pat McAfee and Jess Sims in taking some swings in front OU softball program.

Legendary Alabama head coach Nick Saban saw it all while he patrolled the sidelines. That included a few trips to Nashville to face the Vanderbilt Commodores. While Saban retired earlier this year, the former Crimson Tide head coach does not appear to have done a complete about-face on Vandy.
