Sitamarhi: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to provide road and rail connectivity to Punaura Dham, the birthplace of Goddess Sita, located in Sitamarhi district of the state.
